I've tried several from the paper towel techniques, this is one of my favorites, I don't get any daubers so used a sponge to create my bg with the torn paper towel, stamped and die cut the layers the upper layer is glued with foam tape to make it pop difficult to see on the picture.

A lovely CAS design, Anita. I like the different colours in your masked and sponged circle - and a dandelion silhouette is always going to bring a smile.
p.s - I use one of the Winsor & Newton Galeria modelling pastes for most of my stencilling.
