This week's Tea Party we are sending sympathy/thinking of you cards to Garland & Vonita.
I have kept mine CAS. I masked part of the card and then used a make up brush to sponge the So Saffron panel. I stuck the gold butterfly onto a piece of mixed media I had previously done and fussy cut. Added the pearls. Stamped & die cut sentiment and ran around edges with a marker pen.

EDIT: I have been thinking about this sentiment since uploading this card and, on reflection, don't think it is appropriate to send. I have another sympathy card I will send them and will upload to the challenge if I get the chance.

This is such a very pretty card Sue. Of course I love the soft yellow and the lovely butterfly on the water colour card. Very CAS indeed. Stay warm Sue - going to be -5 here tonight and very frosty.

The gold with the mixed media makes for one stunning butterfly! I like the design with the partially ink blended panel, a great way to add interest yet keep the background CAS.
