This is my card for CC738. Chris our hostess â her first time out as a color challenge hostess. She chose crushed curry, granny apple green and melon mambo for her color trio. Dessert Option this week is stripes.
I am in need of several more Mother's Day cards and these colors were perfect to create a card with flowers. I used the Altenew âpeony bouquetâ stamp set. Itâs a color layering set and I did generational stamping for the flowers and leaves.
I stamped the leaf outline in basic gray ink and then stamped off once with the granny apple green.
The Mother's Day sentiment is from the Stampin Up April Paper Pumpkin Kit.
I added a few granny apple green glitter enamel dots to complete my card.

Beautiful design to create your own background with these gorgeous stamps, Mary! You conquered the somewhat tricky layering perfectly (at least I always found this particular set a challenge to line up correctly) and whoever you choose to send this to will certainly cherish this gorgeous card!
