I made my card much like Catherine's, our featured Stamper because it is so beautiful and I wanted that red rose also. I laid down the die cut of the rose and leaves with removable adhesive on it so it wouldn't let water underneath it. Sprinkles on the Brusho powders as Catherine said she had and sprayed with water. On the inside of the darker one I added the rose from the stamp set. Stamped it in Versamark and then added the Brusho powders in the same way as the front. I used the stencil for another card. Just mounted it on a scalloped die cut panel and on to the card base. Thanks so much Catherine for the nudge to try using my Brushos this way. I loved the technique.

Oh Pat, your two cards are gorgeous! I really like the die cut against the white base, it really pops. I like the faux messy watercolor look of your card on the right and the CAS look of your card on the left. Thank you for your kind words!

Pat, your cards are absolutely stunning. I really wanted to try this today myself, and I chickened out. Drat! Because that means I missed out on having the fun you were having. You achieved some really gorgeous colors on your cards too. What a treat to see this in the gallery today! ~Karen.
