I guess it wouldn't be a bad thing wearing stilettos if you're an angel because you could fly wherever you wanted to go. No walking for her!!Maybe I would wear them if I could fly!
This is for Tonda, who loves scene or easel cards. My card is both. The angel is on a stage, sitting on a ledge and will probably read some Shakespeare or poetry. I'm not sure those side pieces are curtains but I've always treated them as such. If you look very closely, you can see the profile of a woman (easier to see if I had just stamped in black on white cs). I haven't used my Cherry Pie stamps in a long time; I used to belong to a Yahoo group that only used CP. Some very artistic ladies in that group, I was a bit out of my league but loved the stamps. This was great fun. PS Forgot to mention I paper pieced the angel's dress to match the curtains.

LOVE this! OMG Jean this is beautiful and so artistically done. I’m sure she is about ready to burst into a sonnet. Those gold embossed curtains are so cool and I love this as an easel card. Outstanding!
Forgot to mention..those stiletto heels are quite the detail.

The minute I saw this I thought of Tonda and her wonderful fashionista creations and I also thought how much Polly would love it.....and Pol's was the first comment. Your card is beyond fabulous Jean. I love all the colour, the texture, the arty feel and of course your stiletto footed Angel. If I had know my stiletto wearing day's would end when I was 30, I would have worn them to bed!!!

That is fascinating and intriguing. I absolutely love the harlequin piece she is sitting on, and the flowers floating on the base. I see some sort of rock formation or lava flow in the curtains. Whatever they are stamped on is beautiful. This has a real Rosetti feel for me.
