If there is anything I feel pretty comfortable coloring on, it's kraft. Hard to not do it well. This is my first time using a Christmas present, the Faber Castell Polychromos pencils. I think there will be a learning curve; i tried to use some Gamsol (also never used) to blend, I ended up having Gamsol all over the place. I was afraid it would leave oil marks but no, it didn't. Whew. I love to color feathers; added a little Zentangle of my own.

I love this design with your creatively added zentangling. So perfect for this challenge.

Your feathers are gorgeous!!! How fun to have new colored pencils! I think you did beautifully! I know you will feel more comfortable the more you use them but you I would never guess there was a learning curve by this example!

Sounds like you are on the same learning curve I was a few months ago . . .I also ended up with gamsol all over my table top - definitely a mess but as you said doesn't leave a stain on the card. Nice blend of color in your pretty feathers and I like the added zentangle you used to corral them on the left 1/3 of the card.
