Today's challenge is to make an orange card. Need an anniversary card for a couple who will be married 53 years. Took the penny black stamp and embossed with the gold. Stamped my favorite butterfly stamp on watercolor paper and embossed with the gold. Using the reinkers colored. Made a border with the gold pen around card base. Adhered the butterfly with a strong glue...just the center. Scored around the card front. TFL

Lovely watercoloring on the butterfly -- and you made such an elegant card with so few supplies -- love how you created an embossed border with your scoring board.

Ooh, Linda, your butterfly is stunning...looks alive. The orange with gold embossing is awesome. And, the background is so beautiful, also. The couple is sure to love it.

Wow, this is exquisite! Such an elegant butterfly, and tangelo twist is my favorite orange, so I may be using it today too.
I have friends named Kathy & Myron who were married for years before he passed away from cancer. The title for your card made me think of them; I think I'll send Kathy a card. Thanks for the inspiration!

That butterfly is truly natures work of art! The colors are so natural, well except for the gold maybe! The flourish under it is absolutely gorgeous as well! The little details really do add a lot to the card (scoring, gold edge, raised wings) and are noticed.
