Stamped (using 3 layer stamping) and die cut the flowers and leaves, die cut and embossed a frame (as shown) and adhered flowers along the frame. Stamped sentiment on card front.
Assembly: adhered frame to card front with dimensional tape, added sparkly gems for sparkle
