Because I coloured a whole square piece coral yesterday for my poinsettia, swiping it with Abandoned Coral DOX, I still had some scraps left. I tried stamping a butterfly on it in blue and embossing it, and liked it so much that I went on make more to use on a set of 5 cards someone asked for. And, since I used Lindy's Starburst and Brusho Acrylic spray and shimmer spray, it turned out to fit the criteria for the MIX312 Living Coral MIXed media challenge. Some of the taupe colour is in my DP, which gets me bonus points ;-).
I used the Stack and Cut Quilt Card tutorial, which gave me my 5 card bases straight off. I used a dark blue Sharpie to edge them.
Frames were cut from a piece of dark blue card. I cut the wildflowers from kraft thinking to use them just like that, but they disappeared into the background so I spritzed them with Brusho acrylic sand and Bronze, and used Lindy's Starburst Mission Bells Brown on some. I tucked them under and over the blue frames and attached them to the card bases, then added the butterflies.
Also qualifies for my WT challenge, as one of my resolutions is to use DP more often. Only three show in this picture, but in fact there is a total of 5 cards. Close-up showing the shimmer on the wildflowers better is HERE.

Wonderful set of cards, Sabrina! If anyone could get the the dark blue to work with coral, it would be you, my friend. The butterflies are gorgeous, and each card is uniquely beautiful with many lovely details.
