I saw this technique, and I forget who it was, but I loved the snow crusted look of the tree. Now that Thanksgiving is past, let the Christmas shows start, and A Charlie Brown Christmas is one of my favorites! The NYC tree in Rockefeller Center is being lit this Wednesday. Happy Crafting to all.
