I stamped the Jolly Santa, colored with prismacolor pencils then blended with gamsol ( my first attempt at using this product) and while my technique needs a bit more work, I do think I am gonna like this stuff. I fussy cut around part of the hat then die cut the rest with a pierced circle die and layered this onto a subtle holly patterned dp. Stamped the sentiment and embossed with snowwhite powder and finished with a scattering of sequins.

Super cute! So glad you were off work and could play today, Linda. I know it is more fun to play on the day of the challenge, but do remember there is no deadline for any of the weekly challenges. You can always join in days, weeks or months later. Love your Santa image; he fits so well in the circle with the top of his cap out of the box. Beautiful coloring. Love the bright red and green. Terrific use of the sketch! Enjoy your day off. TFS

Very cute, chubby Santa. I see he has a little treat tucked away in his pocket in case he gets hungry : ) Love the out-of-the-box technique for his hat!

Your Santa certainly does look like a 'jolly old elf'! Love the way you placed him in your circle. The white embossed sentiment looks great against the green. Very pretty sequins! Super colouring ...glad you are liking the pencils & OMS technique. I like it too!
