I have really missed SCS over the last month. Unfortunately, my husband has been quite ill and has been in the hospital twice in the last three weeks. Now they transferred him to rehab. Hope to get back into the swing of things after Thanksgiving.
Could not pass up someone battling cancer as they have it worse than my husband.

I've missed you, I'm sorry to read the reason why. I hope the rehab works well and that life gets back to more normal for you soon. What a beautiful card you have created for Ellen... wonderful gold framing and a beautiful inside too. I like the combination of the swallow with the Dickinson quote.

I'm so sorry to hear your husband's been so sick. A stressful time, I'm sure. How kind of you to make a card for Ellen. She will love all the beautiful gold. So glad you're back in your craft room!

Kathy it's good to see you in the gallery today...glad you could take a break and get some crafty time in. I hope your DH does well in his rehab. I'm sure it's been a stressful and tiring time for you as well.
This gold card is fabulous! The card and the poem will certainly show Ellen her SCS family is thinking of her.
