I wanted to try Lydia's Debossed Monoprinting technique again from MIX 298 Forums at Splitcoaststampers
I used Distress Oxide re-inkers this time and they worked well. I rummaged around for items in my collection of vintage laces and decided to combine these 4 snippets. I embossed the image and sentiment. I waited too long to apply the powder to the phrase and it's a bit hit and miss, but then I thought the rest of the card has a messy look to it as well, so I am OK with it. Teensy green gems were placed here and there for the added sweet cookie Jan asked for in her teapot challenge.

The places you have the gems on are beautiful and have earned you lots of cookies! The double doily with the embossed cup is really sweet. That technique looks beautiful too!

Inspiring and creative! Love the snippets of lace. And you’ve inspired me to try the debossing gelli again. I especially like how you have set the table!

Dear Lori-I received this beautiful tickle today! Words cannot convey how much joy your card and extra gift of lace assortment has given me and my mother. She immediately spotted the delicate and rare tatting piece you placed on the lover border. The bottom crochet doily appears to be tea-dyed, how appropriate for a tea potter tickle. I so appreciate all the love and care you put into your creations and treasure this gift of the heart.
