 | | OMG. I didn't even notice my typo until I uploaded this photo. Ugh. Well, this card is going to my brother in Albuquerque. I know he'll get a kick out of this Thesaurus. I suppose if the Thesaurus couldn't spell, it's no wonder that it went extinct.
I really enjoyed the toy photography section of today's inspiration site. I was looking for an idea for my brother's birthday card and this photo of the dinosaurs looking out at the sunset inspired me.
I printed the dinosaur and the words and cut out the dinosaur with my ScanNCut. Then I drew in the speech bubbles and colored in the sky. The bokeh was the point of the photo, so I added a little bit of a bokeh effect with the blender marker through the sky. Then I also decided to give the dinosaur some spots with the blender. I dug through my scrap drawer for some fun papers to make the ground and rolling hills and sponged a bit of brown on the foreground.
