Winter Woods meets Sheltering Tree

I used two techniques on this card: ink blending with Balmy Blue and Highland Heather for the background, and then a technique I have heard called thumping for the multi-color leaves which I explain in more detail on my blog.

I wasn't too sure about the color combo at first but I really like how it turned out!

I opened this up and fell instantly in love. The sky is blended cool colors and makes the autumn colors of the leaves bounce and jump right off the card! MARVY!!!
