I hope you all join us this week for the color challenge! I wanted to see a few more summer cards with bright colors before we head into fall and the holidays.
I just got these adorable hippos a few weeks ago and couldn't resist using them. I actually started with a floral card but I just wasn't feeling it so that idea got ditched soon after starting.
These guys are so much fun to color. After I was "finished", I thought the ice cream needed some Wink of Stella sparkle, which meant the popsicle needed some Glossy Accents and of course the drink needed a sugar rim of Stickles!

Oh, Jeanne, your hippos are adorable! I love the special touches you created for each of your yummy treats! I also love the stitched squares you created for the background of each hippo. Very artistic and adorable! Into my faves!

What a wonderful design with these darling hippos and their favorite summertime treats in the heat! The edge of dsp on the side of the card really finishes this off nicely!

This is so sweet and so cute!!! I love each elephant and the coloring is perfect!! I sure wish I could color like that. Giggles. Lovely and Cheerful card!!
