This card has been driving me nuts for weeks. I finally decided to upload it, to see if you can help. I love the floral and striped paper, but what else does this card need?

Well, I think it needs to be added to today's Inspiration Challenge because it fits in perfectly!!! (I agree with fionna51 - a plain color mat between the HB and the stripes would make the stripes pop) - but, do enter it in today's challenge!

I was going to suggest just that....a solid layer showing a very thin border around the greeting and the hula girl. I' might even add the same layer under the floral BG paper, too. Love that paper BTW! Great colors.

I agree, you need a very tiny edge of black mat showing under the white stamped panels (B-day wishes as well as the hula girl) which will make the black show up better and also "pop" the patterned paper. If you don't want to add another layer, how about sponging some black around the edges instead, will give a similar visual effect of dimension without any actual extra dimensional layers.
