I thought about a Scottish dog and made him a Scottish plaid, on the inside I added a thistle and 2 little note pads.
Around his neck I made a false diamond collar a lace ribbon bow, and a wobbly eye.

I agree...goodness how adorable and clever with the papers inside. he is just sweet and all dressed up for the party. I like that touch of white "sewing" on the edge, great touch...too cute....especially the lil googly eyes too...TFs..:0)

Oh Anita, this is so stinkin delightful! What a wonderful shaped Scottie card this is with "her" blingy collar and wonderful tartan "coat." Your white stitching is fabulous, but it is the black lace bow that is tickling my funny bone the most - love it! ~Karen.
