I started with a large stamp of Julie Nutting's Mermaid. I used my Scanncut to resize her and it cut her out in sections. I embossed her "outfit" with glitter EP. I used Distress markers for her body and face. I cut the same mermaid image out of the paste paper so it was easy to put her back together like a puzzle. Bonus is I have another mermaid out of the paste paper. I gave her a mop of wooly hair and added a few sequins.

Lori, I adore that paste paper background. How do you do that? What a lovely "sea" for the mini-mermaid to inhabit.

OK first I have to ask, what is Paste paper? I can see that it (this particular one) is gorgeous! Looks like it might be similar to a gel plate background. But I have never hear of it before. Both of your cards are awesome. The hair on this mermaid is incredible! I love the glittery body also!
