This card is the second in Mays Fan Club Christmas challenge.
I have been quite slack with Christmas cards over the past few weeks and it is time to start catching up.
I used the slap and squirt technique to create the background then ran it through with the embossing folder and then lightly sponged over the top with the brilliance Moonlight White just picking up the raised snowflakes.
I cut out some snowflakes from glitter paper and glued them on and made a banner with the greeting from the Stampingbella stamp set, I mounted this on some craft foam, sponged the edges and added the bling......and there you have it you'll never guess the theme lol.
Thanks for looking
Cheers

I really love how you created the background then ran it through the EF. I have never thought of that. DUh!!! You have created a wonderful winter wonderland.

What a gorgeous background, Marg! And I agree that it's so clever to emboss it afterwards. Beautifully sparkling with the shimmer and the snowflakes! Making great progress now!! So glad to see yet another one of your gorgeous cards in the Fan Club/Dirt Dozen Christmas Challenge! Hugs and love! xoxo

Love the colors and textures on this Marg. You did a fab job. I need to start making a bunch of Christmas cards - I have hardly made any. Wonderfully done.
