I've combined Hats Off by Avery Elle and Celebration Balloons by Mama Elephant to make this shaker Congratulations Card. The surprise element... it's not a job promotion, but the inside computer generated sentiment says 'to GRANDMOM'. A friend of mine just became a grandmother and is ecstatic! Thought she deserved her own card!

The bold and colorful patterned framing for the SUPER GREAT shaker card...so festive. Love that stamped "congrats" letter-balloons and their coloring! Love the hands stamps with the balloon strings and bitty shaker beads!
