Instructions: Make card base; you can find instructions on Pinterest or Splitcoast Stampers for making a side step card. See here. Cover the card with pieces of the paper collection. Cut two ovals and using dimensional tape, adhere them together and then glue down on the card. Using Sweet Plum ink, stamp the sentiment onto the scroll on the paper.
Using Elderberry Memento Ink stamp the lilac petals and color using a dauber and Pearlescent Orchid ink. Using coordinating die cut out the petals and run through the die cutting machine with the Lush Lilac Mold. I shaped a bit more using the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit. Glue half pearls to the center of each petal. When the glue is dry add the flowers to the oval piece and allow that to dry. Next I cut out the lilac scroll from the paper collection. The die fit perfectly so it becomes very easy to let the paper do the heavy lifting. Glue the die cut piece to one of the steps and add lilacs to it. I added three lilacs to another step just to give a bit more color and dimension. Pick out a sentiment from the paper collection and using dimensional tape, adhere it to one of the steps. My card is finished.
