I couldn't resist purchasing a pack of neutral alcohol markers & this cute fairy stamp at Michael's Craft store when I was helping my parents for a couple of weeks.
I stamped the image with (a bargain sale) black stamp pad on writing paper then colored. Because writing paper is thin, the markers left the image somewhat translucent, so I backed it with regular CS.
The bottom panel is an embossed patterned vellum scrap. I matted the strip panel with gold paper, then stamped the sentiment.
