For today's Inspiration Challenge, I loved so many of the ideas & rooms, but I was really taken w/ THIS WALL& it was my inspiration for this card.
I had a lot of fun making this one. I used the greeting as background & stamped it over & over in white then heat embossed it in white powder.
So after it was all embossed, I sponged on inks from a Kaleidacolor rainbow ink pad called Cappuccino over most of it. Then I stamped the coffee cup on a separate piece of white & sponged it w/ the same colors. The band was done again, masking it & stamping w/ the argyle pattern then cut & attached on top. I made a little flag w/ the die cut letters Coffee on it.

Oh, wow...that's an awesome coffee card, Julie. What a great job with your inspiration. Almost makes me like coffee....NOT. But, I do love your card.

You chose such a cool wall as inspiration and your card is a wonderful reflection of the inspiration! The warm color is ideal for a coffee card! Beautifully done!

You picked up the warm colors from the wall ......love the way you stamped and embossed the background! The coffee cup and sentiment are perfect for your background!
