Simple and stepped up versions of the same card for Creative crew "Step It Up' Challenge. This months theme is "love is in the air" and I thought, "Hey, I have a stamp for that!" this is the stepped up version. The clouds have now been die cut and popped up and layers, as has the larger hot air balloon. The heart is die cut as well and held on by some bakers twine and a sweet bow.
