I used the watercolor resist technique with watercolors as close to the given colors as I could do. The flower, leaves and banner were cut out and placed over the bg die.

Gorgeous card, Sallie! The peony is outstanding and I really like the confetti BG panel! I don't have the skills you have for watercoloring, so I used a much smaller flower.
