I started this yesterday for the sketch but didn't get finished until today. For today's WT challenge, my long unused tool was a sky blue Tombow maker. Probably haven't used my Tombows in close to 2 years, at least. I used it to ink just a couple of the snowflakes in my bg image & stamp them.
Instead of adding a partial circle on top (for the sketch), I die cut the top & added it underneath. The top layer has the partial circle cut a couple of times & I used a Copic to color the stitched frame it left & then put it back.
Thanks so much for looking! I'll try to get this up on my blog later w/ the Copic colors. The Write Stuff

Beautiful use of the sketch, Julie. Two years is pretty young, LOL, but it's fun to pull out colouring mediums that have got relegated to the back of the drawer.

Julie, I LOVE this card. The green really pops, and using the marker with the flakes is so nice and pretty. I have tombows that I've had for years, and they stay juicy.........not like some "others" I could name. Don't forget your Tombows. They have beautiful soft colors.

Beautiful card, Julie. Great way to combine a lot of challenges! Water-based markers were the go to before alcohol markers, nice to see those pretty blue snowflakes. Thanks for giving an unused tool some love and playing in my challenge.
