 | | Needed a Valentine for my nephew but didn't have an idea just yet. Then saw Deanna Williams' cute set of CAS cards using the Mama Elephant Little Cat Agenda balloon cat on the Mama Elephant Friends Facebook group and knew I wanted to use that card as a springboard.
The card went together pretty quickly as I already had several of the components in my stash - the stitched square panels, the glitter hearts (leftover from my last card) and the card base.
Stamped and colored the cat. Die cut. Cut away the balloon, leaving the string. Used glossy accents to glue 2 of the red hearts for my sparkly "balloon" and attached to the end of the string. Added to my focal panel.
Stamped/embossed the sentiment (CAS-ual Fridays) and assembled my card. Added 2 more small hearts as embellishments.
Easy, peasy.
