1 BG technique = bubble wrap splash
1 texture = embossing

1 embellishment = ribbon

I made the bg with a bubble wrap splash, I used dye ink on an acrylic block sprayed water on it, and applied the bubble wrap then applied the paper onto the block.
I stamped the sentiment and ink bottle and the ink pen.
I die cut the heart and embossed it (made a bit of shadow with another die cut heart in golden mirror)
I added a light green satin ribbon

Great minds think alike. We both thought of embossed hearts, and I almost used the work Love as well.
