WT662 challenge: We are to create galaxy backgrounds or deep space scenes.

My card may be a stretch. I decided to go with stars....of course, mine is the "the star" shining down and leading the wise men to Bethlehem.

I found a good tutorial on youtube for making my starburst.

CT1117 My card will go into the monthly Fan Club challenge: Holiday Happiness. I am choosing a major holiday to celebrate.

Wow, your starburst is beautifully done ~ I always struggle when I try that technique, so I thank you for sharing the youtube link! This is a truly beautiful Christmas card.

I love the look of sponged rays like that! And the star looks gorgeous - almost like frosted gingerbread or something like that.
