This was done real quick this evening as I needed a thank-you card for my friend at work who filled a gift bag with crafty fun and slaved over a handmade card for my birthday. She loves snow & all.the.bling... so, this was an really fast and easy card, loved the tutorial ( you can see Loll's video here in Karen's try a new technique thread today) I had painted and glittered the wooden snowflake last year from some projects and it was the last one I had altered in my stash. I am also cross linking this to the October Christmas card challenge thread as I did make the background.(even though I am using it as a thank-you I may make more later and switch out the tag for happy winter) Thanks for this challenge Karen & tfl.

Fantastic background you've created, and just love the wood snowflake!
