Another of my "colour therapy" images. I started by colouring the lights on the tree with a Sakura stardust pen, and got a slight smudge on the snow. I hate wasting good watercolour paper, so I kept going . The trees and animals were coloured with Inktense pencils. I used Twinkling H2Os in a couple of colours for the snow, managing to cover up most of the stardust smudge. I also rubbed a little glue in and added white glitter. It's cut and layered with Elizabeth Crafts dies.
The sentiment was stamped on white card, sponged, and fussy cut.
The background was simply a piece of card I had used to mop up some distress oxides. I stamped and embossed IO's Flourishes on it in white. Edged it with white acrylic paint and sprinkled some glitter over it.

Great save, I hate wasting paper too. Everything about this is precious Sabrina. I love your signature border and how you bring these little images to life.

your snowy and icy embellishments and that wonderful oval frame are perfect with your snowy animal scene! It's great how little smudges can lead to a super card like this, isn't it

I don't see any smudges, Sabrina! So that means you did well with covering them up! I like all the sparkle and your "unwasted" bg piece that came in handy!
