 | | Here's my card for Lori's 2nd Falliday Fest challenge - to be inspired by something from A Christmas Story in a humorous way.
I had this great bunny/kid stamp from Stampotique - that I thought I'd use around Easter time - but today it was perfect to depict Ralphie in his 'too big' bunny pajamas given to him for Christmas by his grandmother (I think it was from his grandma and not an aunt?) so this is his Christmas thank you note to her - and you can see Ralphie has on his glasses.
The glasses were a separate stamp - so I stamped the eye part of the rabbit stamp - then stamped the glasses over the eyes, cut out the glasses and adhered them over the face with a foam dot - perfect line up!
I colored the rabbit with a Distress marker and spread the color with my clear glitter Wink of Stella - so it's shimmery IRL. |
