I've really been having a difficult time with emotions since my mom passed away last month. I'm feeling guilt and loss and sadness and a million other emotions. I created this journal page using Ali Edwards' journaling/scrapbooking stamps and I am going to write out my feelings vs. the facts. (Feelings aren't facts!!!) I was inspired to create a second entry for the color challenge cc655 this week, so here we are. Have a great day!

So very sorry of your loss. This lovely journal page is a great way to cope with your feelings. Documenting beautiful memories (facts) will create more endearing feelings to help through the darker days.
Warm hugs!

Lovely journaling page and a really good idea to write down what you're feeling as you work through the grieving process. You'll be very glad you did later on. So very sorry about your Mom passing.
