CAS446 = Mad for Plaid
CCC17APR = a Christmas card with some kind of creature on it
My plaid for today's CAS challenge is a strip of plaid ribbon. I used it to ground my dog - I'm hoping he's pretty close to Scottie dog as that fits with the plaid!
He and the Santa hat are stamped and coloured with coloured pencils and Gamsol for blending. They were then fussy cut.
I stamped the sentiment on the lower part of a panel of white cs and dry embossed just the upper part. Then wrapped the ribbon around it.
The dog's paws are taped directly to the ribbon but his body and hat are popped up with foam tape.
I added Flower Soft to the hat brim and pom-pom.

Cute puppy! He looks a little shell shocked that Christmas is as close as it is! Congratulations on getting another Christmas card done! ...and a lovely one it is too!
