When I first saw this technique last month, I couldn't think of a better set to use than Web Wishes! Use the instructions found on SCS (I tweaked them to add a diagonal track).

Could you share how you get your diagonal track even? I want to do them with something other than just straight. I have made some already but really love the effect of the diagonal.
I just used a ruler, pencil and craft knife, I figured out generally where I wanted the track and what I wanted it to do. I started the line about a 1/2 inch in from the side, I measured and marked the top of the track (about 3/4 an inch long in this case), made a second line about 3/8 or 1/2 inch below the first line and a little shorter then it, connect the lines on the outer edge of the track. I did the same where the track ends, then connected the lines with the ruler to get the diagonal. I used a craft knife to cut it out, the track width was a little too small the first time I cut it, so I had to recut it for the dimensional to fit properly. Hope that makes sense, if not lol I can do a diagram and e-mail or post it.
