F4A392 - National Day of Oh Summer is Almost Over!!
MIX238 - Used this technique on all the leaves in the front of the cardinal.
Stamped the bg with a cardinal red leaf stamp and then embossed it with a summer flower ef.
Colored the cardinal with Copics and attached the image using foam tape.
Added the leaves using foam tape and liquid glue. The leaves were made using oxide inks with the wrinkle free distress technique. Then I added some gold gelatos to the leaves.
To give the image a fading sort of look, I sprayed the entire card with Goosebumps texture spray. It faded the distress inks in the bg and let the leaves blend together wonderfully due to using oxide inks on them! TFL!!

A gorgeous card...love the bird and pretty leaves. I'm not ready for summer to be gone, though. Fall is a beautiful time of year just the same.

Yay summer is almost over!!! It is supposed to be over 100 degrees here this weekend!!!! YIKES! I am so ready for it to be over! Of course I was ready for it to be over Memorial Day weekend! LOL!
