 | | I needed a birthday card for our god son this week. He coaches two soccer teams after work. I decided this idea was perfect for him!!
I had seen this idea some place....sorry I can't give credit here. I decided to give it a try myself! The soccer set has a long string of soccer balls. I stamped those off on the GP white. Then cut out the larger size balls and then cut other out to fit among the larger ones. I first stamped the cupcake stamp....and colored the paper part. After that I used the icing as my guide to put the soccer balls. To top it off, I colored a small soccer ball with red and drew a stem. Yes, it has a "cherry soccer ball" on top! Since all the soccer balls are each cut out...it gives a texture to the card!
Oh, by the way.....he "loved" the card!!!
Thanks for taking a look!
