I made this for an autistic boy in the community who's birthday was coming up and he wanted nothing more than cards from all over. I made this one for Dante. I cut the balloons out of WC paper then wiped Distress oxide inks directly to them. Gave them each a little spritz of water before adhering to the base piece that I stamped on the diagonal. After the balloons were in position I drew the strings and added the die cut sentiment.

It also fit Marg's DTGD challenge so I thought I'd add another card to her gallery.

Aww such a special heart warming card!!
