To make a PINWHEEL, you will start with any square size of DSP.
From each corner, cut in towards the center (leave a nickel or dime sized area in tact in the center).
Curl using a bone folder the same corner on each of the four sides to help you get a bend. Pierce or punch near the tip of each curled end and in the center.
Use a brad (easiest from the back side) to thread each pinwheel point/tip to the center. You can cover the brad legs with a circle punch-out.
