This "card" doesn't open, but stands up with an easel backing. I used fringe scissors to make the grass and swiped it with olive chalk marker to match the grass on the design. Stamped the little ladybugs on the grass. Stamped them again and colored them on white paper, embossed and cut their little bodies out and then glued them over the first stamping. Same with the large ladybug. I stamped the sentiment with Stazon onto the flower cut from a wallpaper sample book. Tim Holtz washi tape anchors the grass.

So very cute---wow cutting these little bugs was work some say relaxing---LOL Great card. Looks like the baby ladybugs are following their mum right up to your pretty flower.

This is so precious! I love the size card you have here -- is it hard to find envelopes for it? It is a beautiful card you created! Thank you for playing along this week!!

This is so lovely. I love your fringed grass (I keep my Martha Stewart fringed scissors in the kitchen draw for chopping up herbs LOL). I digress, everything about this looks fabulous, the long tall design is my fav.
