GREAT board today...I chose http://yayascrap.blogspot.it/2017/04...e-rainbow.html this as my inspiration. I sponged a rainbow of distress inks on paper and cut out two cityscapes. The bg piece is one I had previously made..I added some texture paste mixed with paint and applied over drywall tape. The frame is also cut from a previously discarded bg. TFL!

I love how you used that cityscape die. I never think to do two and overlap them because, well, duh. Great BG, and putting that wonderful little girl at the corner works perfectly. You would think it would unbalance the composition, but your sentiment strips keep the eye moving nicely and adds just the right amount of weight where it's needed.
Now that I've written a monograph on this card, I'll finish by saying - Love it!

What a great card created from your inspiration piece! I like that cityscape die cut. I think I have something similar and have never used it. You may have inspired me to pull it out!
