Yes, I spent an afternoon playing with Distress Oxide inks!!! This background is made by pressing ink onto an acrylic block, spritzing with water, then gently laying white cs onto the ink. dry the later, then press into the ink again, and again - drying each time. You can also spritz with water during the process to lift parts of the color. I die cut the cs into a smaller rectangle and adhered to a kraft A2 card. I die cut the 'you' and adhered to the panel, then added the 'thank' popped up on foam. TFL
