For our "M' alpha challenge. Just a simple card using the oxides for the first time. Much easier to blend than regular distress inks for me...Got this set at a garage sale, and 1st time inking it up. TFL

What a pretty image. From the picture, I can't completely read the sentiment but I like how it starts! Aren't the oxide inks fun?

Marvelous. What a great bargain! I haven't found a SU! set at a garage sale yet. How fun for you to use a new-to-you stamp and new inks. Love the gingham ribbon, too. Well done! TFS

Shirl,
Fantastic job blending the oxide inks! I so agree with you they are much easier to blend! Nice find at a rummage sale and that gingham ribbon sure accents the color beautifully!

Don't you just love yard sale finds? It's exciting to get a stamp set for a fraction of the cost. I've never used oxides nor distress inks....maybe I should try them. Love the sentiment around the pretty butterfly~

What a gorgeous card Shirl. I enjoyed reading how you test drove your distress oxide inks and a "new" stamp set for the first time, and it yielded this beautiful card! The expertly blended, soft yellow bg really highlights this delicate butterfly image so nicely, and your lovely gingham bow ties this card up beautifully! ~Karen.
