 | | I made this for the Sunday CAS Challenge at Outlawz - limited supplies - make your own background paper; one sentiment; one embellishment.
I used the MFT balloon string background stamp with Hero Arts Ombre ink. The birthday wish is also a stamp from MFT - Written in Watercolor. The balloon (embellishment) was cut from DP using a Papertrey Ink die.
