You mix the same amount of water and lumiere (e.g. 1/4 tsp) in a little container. Now stir in your Pearl Ex until it has the color you want.
Then use your stipple brush to dab onto the cardstock. You can do it on any kind of cardstock. This is on a white sheet with two Lumiere/Water/Pearl-Ex mixes.

Did you clear emboss over the entire sureface after using the lumiere and pearl ex? I've used pearl ex and it wants to fall off after putting it on a card - is that what the lumiere is for to keep it on the card? You used black stazon and clear emboss for the lighthouse and words? I want something similar, but not exactly, I just love the way this shows up on the background you made... Thanks!
