This is a combination of Toni's Tape Challenge and Deb's VSN Challenge to decorate a calendar or to do list. This was fun, but it does feel weird uploading my to do list today instead of a card. I have this notebook and I plan out my day like this every day. I do always write out the day of the week in pretty calligraphy, but I never have any other colors or doodles. I might start now. What a fun, happy day I'm having with my cheerful to do list.
I'm an actuary. Most people have no idea what an actuary does. This is what I do. My job is to calculate how much we should charge for our auto and home insurance to be able to grow the business and make the right profit. I price the Midwest from Ohio to the Dakotas. I'm also currently hiring interns and analyzing our Good Student Discount for auto customers.

Jennifer,
this is very cool, you have beautiful handwriting and I love the way you broke down the day! Wonderful drawings and accents to make it a little happier!

Catching up on emails sounds like me, only mine (thankfully) aren't work-related. What a happy, cheerful to-do page. When we were growing up, we had an actuary living across the road from us - I can tell you he earned a lot more than my high-school teacher dad did, LOL, and my best friend, her sister-in-law is one, and my nephew is considering it as a possible career choice.
p.s - I really like the layered effect of the tape tape over the grid. I never remember to use the transparency of washi tape to good effect like that.

I love how this turned out! I know what you mean about feeling strange about posting your daily tasks. I made daily to-do lists for Deb's challenge myself.
