It's Virtual Stamp Night time!!
This card is for Brenda's challenge...to be inspired by the song "Fools Who Dream" from the film La La Land. I went with the phrase: "A sunset inside a frame", and because the song also mentions Paris, I have the iconic Eiffel Tower also.
