I finally tried this technique where you use hair gel to look like water. I think I may have used a bit too much because the card is a bit puffy, but I am handing it to my grandson for his birthday, so it should be o.k. I also placed this in the stamp to spend challenge for the third week. We are to create a fun or funny card. I'm hoping this qualifies for the fun card. Sally, this will indeed be a fun card for your grandson. Very cool for those seahorses to look like they are floating in the water. I love your inked embossed background and the porthole image panel. A very cool card for sure.
