Today's sketch challenge allowed me to use several scraps to include embossed & die cut pieces.
Stamped the image on a weathered wood-look DP.
The woodgrain & tree are leftover dry embossed pieces.
The scalloped border resembles feathers punched on a mixed medium DP.
I intertwined the diecut leaves, in the tree branches
And finished with sentiment. The overall size fits into an A2 envelope.
This card is for my dear stepson who is a carpenter and loves the outdoors.
Thanks for looking.

So cute with the wood bg, and the tree as the upright part!

Whooo's 48......me.....with an additional 13 years experience. Jeannie this is terrific, I recognised the sketch challenge immediately. I have this sweet stamp but never would have thought to use its with an embossed tree. Your work inspires me Miss Jeannie.
